Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned where legally required. Each individual person may hold exactly one active account on bit pkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. If you hold more than one account, all accounts will be suspended, pending winnings will be voided, and deposits may be withheld pending investigation.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your active mobile number, and your contact email. Providing false information — even if not immediately detected — constitutes a breach of these Terms and is grounds for account closure at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bit pkr username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. bit pkr will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. All activity conducted via your account is your responsibility until the account is formally suspended at your request.
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in the permanent closure of the account.
bit pkr is required to verify the identity of its players to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming requirements. The platform operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process that may require the following:
Basic verification involves confirming your mobile number only and allows limited account functionality. Full KYC unlocks higher deposit and withdrawal limits and removes manual review requirements from standard transactions. bit pkr may request additional documentation at any time — for example, when a withdrawal exceeds a threshold, when account activity appears unusual, or as part of a periodic review cycle.
Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction until compliance is achieved. Submitting fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to law enforcement.
bit pkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit cards.
The minimum deposit at bit pkr is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). The minimum for IBFT bank transfers is Rs 1,000. The minimum for card deposits is Rs 500.
All deposits are processed and credited in PKR. bit pkr does not apply a currency conversion at any point. Your account balance is held in PKR throughout.
It is your responsibility to ensure that deposits are made from payment methods registered in your own name. bit pkr reserves the right to hold or reverse deposits made from third-party payment methods pending investigation. Deposits confirmed by the relevant payment provider are generally irreversible — always verify the amount before confirming your transaction.
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your bit pkr account instantly in normal circumstances. IBFT deposits typically reflect within 15 minutes to two hours depending on interbank processing. Card deposits are generally instant. If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
bit pkr does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or wallet provider are outside our control and responsibility.
Withdrawals of real-money balances at bit pkr are subject to the following terms:
The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash) and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfers.
For security and compliance purposes, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to a different method require account verification and support approval on a case-by-case basis.
Standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within five minutes during normal operating conditions. IBFT withdrawals are processed same business day for requests submitted before 6:00pm PKT on working days. Requests submitted after 6:00pm or on weekends process on the next working day. bit pkr does not apply platform fees to standard withdrawals.
Withdrawals above certain amounts may be held for identity verification before processing. bit pkr reserves the right to request identity documents before releasing any withdrawal if account activity warrants review. This process is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.
Bonus credit is not withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have met applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
bit pkr offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered in eligible games before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example: a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires Rs 1,00,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is unlocked.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while card games such as Blackjack or Baccarat may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
bit pkr reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; exploiting low-edge games to complete wagering with minimal risk; participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players; or otherwise circumventing the spirit of a promotion.
Bonus credit expires if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, which is stated on each promotion. Expired bonus credit and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
The bit pkr welcome bonus for new players (up to Rs 50,000 on first deposit) is available to eligible new registrations only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. The platform determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
All games available on bit pkr are operated in accordance with stated rules published within each game's interface or information panel. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the game's rules.
bit pkr is not liable for financial losses resulting from internet disconnections, device failure, or power outages on the player's end during active game sessions. Where a live dealer round completes before a disconnection is detected, the outcome stands. In the event of a documented system failure on bit pkr's side, affected rounds will be resolved in a fair manner at the platform's discretion.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes — including software errors, random number generator failures, or live stream disruptions — bit pkr reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
Each game on bit pkr operates within a defined minimum and maximum bet range. These limits are displayed on each table before you sit or place a bet. bit pkr may adjust betting limits at any time. Bets placed outside the stated range will be rejected or adjusted automatically.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bit pkr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bit pkr's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. bit pkr is not liable for:

bit pkr may suspend or permanently close an account at any time and for any of the following reasons:
In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, bit pkr reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes in the player's favour, funds are released promptly. Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Real-money balances at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.
If you believe an error has occurred in your account — including an incorrect game outcome, a missing deposit, or an unexpected withdrawal delay — please follow this process:
Disputes relating to game outcomes are evaluated against server-side records, which are the authoritative record of all game activity. Client-side screenshots or recordings are considered supplementary evidence only.

Minor changes — such as clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be made without specific notice beyond an update to the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the bit pkr platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
